1. Secure and Safe

We know how difficult it may be for a parent to leave their child in the care of someone else. If you choose Pallies, you can be rest assured that your child will be safe and secure in our care and facility. We have many security measures in place which are enforced every day, including a double gated entrance (one closed / one locked, except at the commencement of each day), 11 on-site security cameras, parent/child sign in and out sheets, and plans in place in case of a variety of emergencies (injuries, city shutdowns, etc.). Safety for your child is also a priority. All staff have been screened for police records and cleared by required health check-ups. Additionally, the whole facility has been child proofed to reduce the possibility of accidents occurring.

 

2. Clean

All children are required and will learn to routinely wash their hands before eating, after using the bathroom, and after play. Besides having a dedicated onsite cleaning staff, teachers will also routinely sanitize toys and furniture between uses. Upon entrance to our facility in the morning, all children will be checked by staff to ensure all health guidelines are met to prevent the spread of illnesses (see Daycare Policies for more details).  

 

3. A Warm And Happy Place

Since Pallies may be your child’s first daycare/preschool experience outside of the home, we felt it was important for our facility to focus on creating a nurturing environment big enough to run around for play and small enough to feel safe and build one’s confidence. Right sizing the environment for which your kids will be in can deeply impact their confidence and in turn, their learning.

 

We also find it important that the kids feel surrounded by positive support each day. Everyday, children will be treated with respect and greeted with smiles and hugs from teachers and their assistants. Indoor/Outdoor/Dramatic/Sensory play, group games, stacking blocks, arts & craft and singing songs all give the children a chance to talk, share, giggle, and learn together.

 

4. Quality Staff and Program

We built Pallies on the commitment and devotion of our people. Our lesson plans are designed by our onsite child development specialist and executed by our devoted teachers / teacher assistants. Each staff member was carefully chosen and trained to reflect the high quality child care our Founders would expect as if the child was their very own.

Our play-based approach makes learning fun all day long. When children think they’re playing, they’re actually developing and learning skills that help prepare them for school. Armed with daily lesson plans, our teachers will encourage daily lessons and weekly themes in fun creative ways.

We know that helping children grow means paying attention to all aspects of their development. Our caring teachers work every day to help each toddler grow and develop cognitively, physically, and socially, all of which are important aspects of early learning.

 

7. Nutritious Meals and Snacks

A child’s day will go smoother and a lot happier when he or she has delicious, nutritious food, fresh air to play in, and plenty of opportunity to express themselves. Our nutritious meals and snacks are designed and prepared daily by our local hospital’s nutritionist. Meals include a protein, vegetables, and some form of carbohydrates to satisfy and introduce a variety of tastes. All snacks and meals are served with the option of milk and/or water.

 

8. Communication

Frequent communication between you and the school is essential. We guarantee regular reports, both verbal and written. These reports are given every day for toddlers and pre-schoolers.

 

9. Flexibility and Convenient Year Round Schedule

Parents are busy people, so we do our best to make it easy for you. Our hours of care are from 7:30am to 6:00pm, Monday through Friday, and open all year round except for public holidays and extended holidays during Songkran and Christmas/New Years.
